SPEG is a think tank and mission mode organization, promoted by senior IT and e-Government Practitioners, bureaucrats and legal experts as its founder members. SPEG has been engaged in research, knowledge management, community building projects in Asia and Europe. The organization has actively participated in the e-Government policy deliberations of Malaysia, Nepal and European commission over past two years and has partners in Europe and South East Asia for accelerating e-Government initiatives. The organizations has published and presented research papers on various national and international forums.
