FINCA Afghanistan is currently seeking to fill the following positions:


**Senior Bank Managers, FINCA Afghanistan
FINCA International, a leading global network of microfinance institutions providing loans to over 700,000 entrepreneurs in 21 countries, has excellent opportunities to grow some of the world's most challenging and rewarding markets.

FINCA's affiliate in Afghanistan is looking for three senior bank managers to fill the following positions: Country Director (CD), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CD is the head of FINCA Afghanistan and has direct responsibility for the management of the economic and human resources of the affiliate, its operational and financial performance, as well as the development of its institutional capacity. The COO is responsible for directing and daily management of FINCA Afghanistan's complete cycle of crediting activities and related operations, including staffing, products, and procedures. The CFO is directly responsible for managing all finance and accounting activities of FINCA Afghanistan, and supervises its entire finance staff.
All three members of the management board of the affiliate must share responsibility for the overall performance and activities of FINCA Afghanistan, and participate in making decisions on material issues. In addition, all three will be expected to implement best-practice corporate governance, management, organizational structure and procedures, staff development, financial management, and risk management principles.
FINCA Afghanistan is also recruiting for the following positions:
**Consultant, Credit Technology and Marketing**
FINCA Afghanistan is currently looking for a Consultant, Credit Technology and Marketing for a 12-month period. The Consultant, under the supervision of the FINCA Afghanistan Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of FINCA Afghanistan to assess the market opportunity for FINCA Afghanistan and develop appropriate products and client outreach mechanisms.

**Consultant, Training and Capacity Building**
FINCA Afghanistan is currently looking for a Consultant, Training and Capacity Building for a 2-month period. The Consultant, under the supervision of the FINCA Afghanistan Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FINCA Afghanistan to identify and evaluate the current training program and to redesign the current training program for local staff and devise a program in which it can be implemented nationwide.


**IT Manager**
FINCA International is currently looking for an IT Manager, to be based in Kabul. The IT Manager reports to the Country Director. The IT Manager is in charge of leading a function whose key responsibility is to facilitate alignment of FINCA’s technology with its operational vision based on the information systems strategy, by putting in place IT systems which provide business advantage and increase operating efficiency in serving FINCA’s clientele.
